Returns & Refunds

At Cedar & Stone, we want you to love your handmade pieces as much as we loved creating them. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how our returns process works:

Returns Window (14 Days)

You may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.

 

Conditions of Return

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging (including dust bag if provided).

Custom or personalised items (such as name-engraved tags or special sizing) cannot be returned unless faulty.

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 14 days. We will repair, replace, or refund in line with the Australian Consumer Law.

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

We cover the cost of return shipping for faulty or incorrect items.

 

How to Start a Return

Email us at info@cedar-stone.net with:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you’d like to return
  • Reason for return (and photos if faulty)

We’ll respond within 2 business days with the next steps.

 

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
