Are your products handmade?

Yes, every Cedar & Stone piece is handcrafted with care in Australia. From dog collars and leads to macramé décor, each item is created with high-quality materials and attention to detail.

What materials do you use?

Our collars and leads are made from strong, durable paracord with sturdy buckles and D-rings.
Our home décor pieces, such as plant hangers and Christmas ornaments, are made from 100% natural cotton cord and wood accents, giving each item an earthy, timeless finish.

How do I choose the right collar size for my dog?

Measure your dog’s neck with a soft measuring tape, allowing two fingers of space for comfort. Compare the measurement to our size guide:

  • Extra Small: 20–30cm

  • Small: 30–40cm

  • Medium: 40–50cm

  • Large: 50–60cm

  • Extra Large: 60cm+

If you’re unsure, choose the closest size up — or contact us for a custom fit.

Can I request a custom design or colour?

Absolutely! We love creating unique, made-to-order pieces. Simply reach out with your colour preferences or custom request, and we’ll work with you to bring it to life.

How do I care for my Cedar & Stone products?

 

  • Collars & Leads: Hand wash with mild soap and water, then air dry.

  • Macramé Décor: Gently dust or spot clean with a damp cloth.

  • Christmas Pieces: Store in a cool, dry place when not in use to keep them looking their best year after year.


 

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within Australia only. We are working towards international shipping in the near future.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Collars and Leads are made to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for production, plus standard shipping times.  You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is on the way.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because our products are handmade, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Do items come with packaging?

Yes! Every Cedar & Stone item is delivered in its own protective dust bag, making it perfect for gifting or safe storage when not in use.
